运输保费模块

功能说明:
本模块根据订单的总额计算运费保险，也允许仅固定金额以上的
部分计算保费。
例如，设置为每100元的商品，保费为0.05元。

安装步骤:
1.) 复制文件到Zen Cart的相应目录
2.) 在管理页面下激活(模块管理->总额计算->运输保费->安装)，并设置参数

提示：如果你同时使用AUTHORIZENET_DIRECT支付模块，请看readme.txt中的说明。

Allows shipping to multiple Geo Zones using multiple tables.

Geo Zones are defined in the Zen Cart administration tool, so exactly what makes up each zone is left in the hands of the user. Geo Zones can be just specific zones of a country, a number of different countries, or any combination thereof.
